This article explains how to log in to the NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Environment

NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal

Description

The NinjaOne SaaS Backup login process allows partner users to gain access to their NinjaOne SaaS Backup Portals. When you access the URL for your NinjaOne SaaS Backup instance, the login page will appear.

Login Page

On the login page, you must choose whether to log in by entering your username and password or by using Microsoft 365 (M365) or Google Single Sign-On. If you have not activated single sign-on (SSO) in your NinjaOne SaaS Backup account, you will need to use a username and password to log in. If you registered your email address with multiple accounts, the login page will prompt you to select which account you want to access. You can access either the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal or the NinjaOne SaaS Backup End-User Portal, depending on the account you select.

Only the accounts accessible via the login method you used will be selectable. However, if we detect other accounts associated with a specific email address, the login page will display a message notifying you that you have access to other accounts using a different login method. You may have different passwords for the various accounts or one that is using SSO while another is using an email address and password.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) strengthens your account security with enhanced login protection. After selecting an account, NinjaOne SaaS Backup will prompt you to activate MFA or enter a code from your authenticator app to access NinjaOne SaaS Backup. For instructions on activating your personal MFA or enforcing MFA for your partner or organization, refer to Multi-Factor Authentication.

NinjaOne SaaS Backup will display a reminder on the login page if you or your organization has not activated MFA. You can select Skip for now if you or your organization has chosen not to activate MFA yet. NinjaOne SaaS Backup permits you to add this extra layer of security whenever you choose. The MFA prompt will only be visible to users who do not have MFA activated yet.
