This article explains how to enable partner email notifications in NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description

Email notifications serve as a proactive alert mechanism for important updates. The email notification process begins when a relevant event occurs. NinjaOne SaaS Backup checks the configured notification settings to determine whether an email should be sent and at what frequency (immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly). Based on your configuration, NinjaOne SaaS Backup generates and sends the notification.

NinjaOne SaaS Backup has two types of email notifications: partner and organization. This article describes notifications sent to partners. For information about notifications sent to organizations, refer to Notification Settings.

Notification Frequency  

You have the option to receive notifications immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly.

To change your notification frequency, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu and click User Management.
  3. Click the Notification Settings button.
  4. Select immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly for each notification.
