QBO Backup Now Feature

This feature allows you to immediately back up your QuickBooks Online data outside of regular backup. The backup now feature is only available for companies that have completed the first backup. You can find the backup now feature from different locations: a company, object, or item.

To perform an immediate backup, please follow these steps for your preferred option:

Option 1: 

1. On the Dashboard, hover over the company and click the More button
2. Then select Backup Now

 Option 2: 

1. On the Dashboard, select a company, then choose one or multiple objects you want to backup immediately. 
2. Click the Backup Now button at the top right section. 

Option 3: 

1. On the Dashboard, select a company, select an object, and select one or multiple items you want to backup immediately. 
2. Click the Backup Now button at the top right section. 
3. The system will show a pop-up confirmation, then click the Yes, continue button.
