Description

The QuickBooks Online Backup Now Feature allows you to immediately back up your QuickBooks Online data outside of regular backup. The backup now feature is only available for companies that have completed the first backup. You can find the backup now feature in different locations: a company, an object, or an item.

To perform an immediate backup, follow these steps for any of the following three options:

Option 1: 

1. On the dashboard, place your cursor over the company name and click the More button
2. Select Backup Now

 Option 2: 

1. On the dashboard, select a company, then choose one or more objects to back up immediately. 
2. Click Backup Now.

Option 3: 

1. On the dashboard, select a company, select an object, and select one or multiple items you want to back up immediately. 
2. Click  Backup Now.
3. The system will show a pop-up confirmation. Click Yes, continue.
