This article explains how to download QuickBooks Online (QBO) data in NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

NinjaOne SaaS Backup
Description
QuickBooks Online (QBO) backup is currently only available to U.S. customers who purchased the stand-alone SaaS backup product directly from Dropsuite. QBO backup is not currently available as part of the NinjaOne platform.
There are four options for downloading QuickBooks Online (QBO) data of various scopes: company, object, item, and detailed item. All download results are available in CSV format. We offer a formatted CSV file for the following objects that allows you to import the formatted CSV into QBO directly:
- Customers
- Vendors
- Chart of Accounts
- Products and Services
- Invoices
Download a QBO Company
Follow these steps to download a QBO company:
- Navigate to the dashboard.
- Move your cursor over the company name, then click Download
- Set the specific time, then click Next.
- NinjaOne SaaS Backup shows a confirmation dialog box with a notes section. The notes are optional; you can input them when necessary. Click Generate Link to finish the process.
- Navigate to the System Status page and select the Download tab. Once the generated download link is ready, click the Download button.
Download a QBO Object
Follow these steps to download a QBO object:
- Navigate to the dashboard
- Select a QBO company.
- Select one or multiple objects, then click the Download button.
- Set the specific time, then click the Next button.
- NinjaOne SaaS Backup shows a confirmation dialog box with a notes section. The notes are optional; you can input them when necessary. Click the Generate Link button to finish the process.
- Navigate to the System Status page and select the Download tab. Once the generated download link is ready, click Download.
Download a QBO Item
Follow these steps to download a QBO item:
- Navigate to the dashboard
- Select a QBO company.
- Select an object.
- Select one or multiple items, or find them by inputting the keyword in the search box, then click Download.
- Set the specific time, then click Next.
- The system shows a confirmation dialog box with a notes option. The notes are optional; you can input them when necessary. Click Generate Link to finish the process.
- Navigate to the System Status page. Once the generated download link is ready, click the Download button that appears in the banner at the top of the page.
Download QBO Item Details
Follow these steps to download QBO item details:
- Navigate to the dashboard
- Select a QBO company.
- Select an object.
- Select an item.
- Ensure the version you want to download is correct, then click Download.
- NinjaOne SaaS Backup shows a confirmation dialog box with a notes section. The notes are optional; you can input them when necessary. Click Generate Link to finish the process.
- Navigate to the System Status page and select the Download tab. Once the generated download link is ready, click Download.
