This article explains how to restore QuickBooks Online data in NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description
Restore is the process of copying the backed-up data to its original location (QuickBooks Online app).
QuickBooks Online (QBO) backup is currently only available to U.S. customers who purchased the stand-alone SaaS backup product directly from Dropsuite. QBO backup is not currently available as part of the NinjaOne platform.
To restore your QuickBooks Online data, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the dashboard page in the NinjaOneSaaS Backup Partner Portal.
- Select a company.
- Select an object.
- Select an item.
- Select the version you want to restore.
- Click the Restore button.
- The system shows a confirmation dialog box. Remember to add a note, then click the Restore button.
- Once the restoration is successful, the system shows a success banner. Navigate to the System status page to monitor the restore status.
You cannot restore some objects due to limitations, such as budget, company info, company currency, customer type, entitlement, exchange rate, tag agency, preference, tax classification, tax code, and tax rate.
