This article explains what to do if your Hosted Exchange credentials change for NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description

NinjaOne does not recommend changing your Hosted Exchange Backup Admin credentials unless absolutely necessary, as it will interrupt your backups. In Hosted Exchange, we create a Backup Admin (dropsuitebackupXXXX@domain.com) for granting permissions to the user mailbox. We recommended setting the password expiration policy for this Backup Admin to never expire. Also, make sure it is not deleted, or the password is changed. If the Backup Admin credentials are changed, contact support@dropsuite.com so we can help you take the necessary steps to avoid backup interruption.
