In Hosted Exchange, we create a Backup Admin (dropsuitebackupXXXX@domain.com) for granting permissions to the user mailbox. We recommended setting the password expiration policy for this Backup Admin to never expire. Also, make sure it is not deleted, or the password is changed. If the Backup Admin credentials are changed, please contact support@dropsuite.com to take the necessary steps to avoid backup interruption.
