This article explains how to restore public folders using NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description
Public folders are shared storage spaces. To restore a public folder, follow these steps:
- On the NinjaOne SaaS Backup End-User Portal dashboard, select the Email tab.
- Place your mouse on the specific public folder to reveal the Restore option.
- Once you click Restore, select the Destination (Default Folder / Other Folder / New Folder), then click Start Restore.
