How To Restore / Download / Migrate

Please note: the migrate option is only available for Emails. You can recover data multiple times. 

  1. On the End-User Portal Dashboard, select the relevant tab (Email, Drives, Shared Drive, Contact, Calendar, Task, Private Chat, SharePoint, Groups & Teams) 
  2. Hover your mouse over the specific account to see the Restore / Download / Migrate buttons
