This article explains how to transfer an organization in NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description
An Organization Owner or Full Admin can transfer an organization from one partner to another. Follow the steps below to do so.
- Share your Partner ID with your client (Partner Portal → Top Right Corner Arrow → Partner ID)
- Have them click the menu on the top right of the page
- Click Account Settings
- On the Personal Details tab, input the Partner ID
- Once done, inform support@dropsuite.com so we can process the Transfer on the cut-off date after validation.
If your partner account is under a distributor, your distributor may have revoked this right. If you are unable to transfer the organization, please reach out to your distributor or NinjaOne SaaS Backup Support to make the transfer request.
