Description
We offer 20% free deactivated seats. This means that, of the total purchased seats, 20% can be deactivated and will not use the organization's license.
Example:
If clients purchase 10 seats under an organization, they can keep 2 mailboxes (20% of 10 purchased seats) under the ‘Deactivated’ status, which doesn’t use the organization’s license. If more mailboxes are deactivated, the organization’s license will be used.
To view seat usage for an organization, visit the End-User Portal Dashboard or refer to the detailed seat usage information on the View Details page.
