This article explains how to reset your password for NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

Description
You can reset your password by using the Forgot Password option on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and NinjaOne SaaS Backup will send an email to the registered email address containing a reset password link.
This can also be triggered for the owner of an organization from the Organizations dashboard of the partner portal by clicking on the "..." icon next to the orgnaization and selecting Reset Password
