The Partner Portal enhances our partner user experience since partners have visibility to all their customers under a single pane of glass rather than logging in to each region separately. The Partner Portal supports multiple data centers within AWS in the US and other regions.
You can sign into the portal once the partner user login has been enabled. Bookmark the login link and log in to the new partner portal to access customer organization Backups and Archives. If you notice any issues, please send it directly to support@dropsuite.com.
