Description

The Dropsuite partner portal is the cornerstone of our partnership selling program, offering partners access to information, resources, and support for Dropsuite products. Upon successful login to their partner portal, Dropsuite directs partner users to the dashboard, which displays key charts for protection coverage, seat usage, organizations, and accounts. The dashboard also includes features designed to help you efficiently manage your organizations and resources.

Dropsuite will display a pop-up welcome window when you first log in to the partner portal. Click Get Started to continue exploring the portal.

Dashboard Accessibility

The organization details displayed on each user’s dashboard will differ based on the organization scope defined in Group Management. By defining roles, you can ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive or organization-specific information. If no organizations are assigned, the user will see all organization data, the same as the partner owner’s view.

You can control dashboard access based on Group Management settings. You can add and manage a new group on the Group Management page to define the access scope for your organization. For more details on how to define groups for an organization, refer to: 12, Group Management.
