A task can come from different product types: M365, Google Workspace, and Hosted Exchange.
M365 task
It simply enables the Task toggle on the pop-up. To do that, please follow this instruction.
Google Workspace task
Please complete this instruction to add a Google Workspace account backup. Once you have successfully added Google Workspace email, the task will be automatically added, too.
Hosted Exchange task
It has the same flow as Google Workspace. Please complete the Hosted Exchange backup form first. After the system shows the account list, you can start to add them to the backup. Once it is successful, the Hosted Exchange email and other workload, including task, will be automatically added, too.
Restore Tasks
- Log in to the end-user portal for your account and go to your Dashboard
- Go to the Task tab
- Hover over the user in question and select Restore
- If you want to restore all the data, click on the Restore button
- If you only want specific items to be restored, click on the name of the mailbox and select the specific data you want. Then click on Restore
- Click on Yes, continue to start the restore
- You can check on the status of the restore or download from the System Status > Restore page
Note: Restoring items to a different mailbox is currently not supported. You can download the data from our backup and then upload it to the other user’s accounts.
Download Task
- Log in to the end-user portal for your account and go to your Dashboard
- Go to the Task tab
- Hover over the user in question and select Download
- If you want to download all the data, click on the Download button
- If you only want specific items to be restored, click on the name of the mailbox and select the specific data you want. Then click on Download
- Click on Yes, continue to start the download
- You can check on the status of the restore or download from the System Status > Download page
