Description

You can back up QuickBooks Online (QBO) data in NinjaOne SaaS Backup.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) backup is currently only available to U.S. customers who purchased the stand-alone SaaS backup product directly from Dropsuite. QBO backup is not currently available as part of the NinjaOne platform.

Here are some of the frequently-asked questions regarding QBO backup.

Why did a QuickBooks Online (QBO) IUR appear in my partner portal?

The system automatically grants the IUR when a direct partner or a partner with a distributor has at least 1 paid seat. QBO backup is currently only available for U.S. instances.

What do you support in QBO Backup?

We do not currently support QBO Self-Employed plans. Essentials, Plus, and Advanced are covered.

My partner account did not get a QBO IUR, why?

There are still cases where manual intervention is required. If the partner is using PSA Integration, it will be remedied when the new PSA Portal and separates the Integration API from the Partner Portal. If the partner is transacting in any region other than USW-2, the automation will only read in the USW-2 region.

Can an entire QBO Organization be restored?

No, NinjaOne SaaS Backup can only restore items individually.
