This article explains how the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Dashboard displays protection coverage.

Environment

NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal

Description

The NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal Dashboard shows the percentage of accounts backed up out of all accounts, giving you an at-a-glance view of how thoroughly your various organizations are protected. Partners can use this information to spot gaps in coverage across all organizations they supervise and direct teams to enable email backup where coverage is low.

The data NinjaOne SaaS Backup displays on the dashboard is not real-time. To check when NinjaOne SaaS Backup last updated the data, refer to the timestamp shown in the Protection coverage card, as shown above.

Protection Coverage Percentage

Protection coverage percentage is derived using the following formula:

Protection coverage = The number of backup accounts divided by the total number of accounts.

  • The total number of accounts refers to the tenant accounts within each domain.

  • Protection coverage displays as a percentage of the total number of accounts.

Protection Coverage Levels

Coverage levels are color-coded to help you quickly assess each organization's protection status.
