New Features

Download Capability for Compliance & Review Officer (CRO) Role

The Compliance & Review Officer (CRO) plays a key role in organizations by providing oversight, approvals, and auditability for sensitive actions. We've expanded the CRO role's capabilities to include downloading file and folder structures from email, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive accounts. With this improvement, CRO users who could previously only view these files can now also download them. Learn more

Enhancements

Bulk Legal Hold for Email

We have enhanced the Legal Hold feature by adding batch processing capabilities. You can now upload a CSV file to add multiple users to each legal hold instance at once. This improvement saves time and streamlines the process when you create or modify a legal hold. Learn more

Backup Configuration Update

To address ongoing changes in how Microsoft manages Exchange Web Services (EWS) across Microsoft 365 (M365) tenants, we've implemented a configuration update to ensure your In-Place Archive backups continue without interruption. Most users won't need to take any action. However, if your archive backup has stopped working or you're experiencing authentication errors, you may need to re-authenticate your M365 connection. If you need assistance, please contact our Technical Support team. Learn more
