Environment

NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal

Description

Seat usage is the percentage of paid seats that are currently being used for backup, giving you an at-a-glance view of how efficiently your organizations are using their seats. Partners can use this information to identify organizations that may have under-allocated seat counts across the organizations they supervise.

Seat Usage Percentage

The NinjaOne SaaS Partner Portal Dashboard displays seat usage as a percentage. NinjaOne SaaS Backup calculates Seat usage using the following formula:

Seat usage = The total number of backed-up seats divided by the total number of paid seats.

Seat Usage Levels

Seat usage levels are color-coded to help you quickly assess each organization's seat utilization.
