A Refreshed, More Consistent Look for the SaaS Backup End-User Portal
The NinjaOne SaaS Backup End-User Portal now has a refreshed visual design. From the dashboard to the eDiscovery page, every screen now shares the same colors, spacing, text sizes, corner shapes, and theme as the NinjaOne platform's main user interface, making transitions between pages more consistent and predictable. Preview Backup Summary Reports Directly from the Partner Portal
Partners can preview their available Backup Summary Report (BSR) directly from the Reports tab before downloading it. We also introduced the Backup Report Delivery dashboard card to remind organizations that have not yet configured BSR email delivery. The Backup Report Delivery dashboard card makes it easier for partners to identify organizations that have not yet configured BSR email delivery and complete that setup. Learn more
Public Folder Backup and Restore Sunset: Migrate to Shared Mailboxes
Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online on October 1, 2026, and its replacement, Microsoft Graph API, does not support public folder backup or restore. After Microsoft disables EWS in the organization’s tenant, NinjaOne SaaS Backup can no longer back up or restore public folder data. To keep public folder data protected without interruption, migrate public folder content to a shared mailbox. Learn more
