Description

Notification settings in the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal allow you to configure which categories of email notifications an organization will receive. 

This article describes managing and configuring email notifications sent to organizations. For information about email notifications for partners, refer to Partner Email Notifications.

The organization notification settings are located in the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal in Settings → Notification Settings. You can use the checkboxes to activate or deactivate the notifications in each category.

The table below lists the available categories and the notification details for each category.

Notification Category Notify Organizations When:
Backup Notifications
  • Backup/Archiving Completed
  • Backup is out of space (for personal backups only)
  • Backup is reaching its limit (for personal backups only)
  • The system detects an error in the backup process
  • AD Group mailbox deactivated
  • Mailbox Deactivated

Compliance Notifications New results for saved search occur (for archiver backups only)
User Management Notifications
  • Their organization first created
  • Login to the Customer Portal is disabled
  • Login to the Customer Portal is enabled
  • Deactivated account reactivated
  • The invited user successfully added his credential
  • Organization’s ownership transferred
  • Organization unsubscribed
  • Subscription deleted
Organization Management Notifications
  • Grace period is ending
Add Backup Notifications
  • Email is successfully added to backup
  • User sent invitations
  • No seats available for Autodiscover
  • Autodiscover add emails to the backup
  • Converted shared Mailbox is out of seat
Credentials Notifications
  • The system finds a Device Authorization error
Accounting Backup Notifications (QuickBooks backups)

  • Their organization is first created

  • Organization account deactivated/inactive

  • Deactivated account reactivated

  • Company successfully added to backup

  • The system finds an authentication error
Not for Resale (NFR) Notifications
  • NFR organization is created
  • NFR organization is expiring in less than 30 days
  • NFR active period is extended
  • NFR organization is expired
  • NFR is converted to a paid plan
