The attached guide covers what we can and cannot backup for various M365 scenarios.
When reading this, note that there are multiple tabs. The first tab (called "Backup and Restore Options") covers the various options for backing up and restoring/migrating/downloading the data for that scenario. The other tabs cover the different backup types and goes over what can be backed up and what can be restored.
