What's New in February
More Accurate Email Download Information
We've refreshed the email download pop-up to provide more precise file size details, addressing inconsistencies between the UI display and actual downloaded files. Additionally, file size information is now available on the download status page once the file is ready
Easier Email Destination Selection for Migrations
Finding the right destination for email migrations just got easier. The Advanced Search migration feature now includes a search box, making it simpler to handle large datasets and select the correct email destination.
More Flexibility in Backing Up Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks
Microsoft 365 backups now support selective workload backups beyond email. You can now choose to back up Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks separately. This enhancement builds on our modular backup capabilities for SharePoint, OneDrive, Shared Drives, and Google Drive.
Clearer PSA Ticket Mapping Terminology
To improve navigation and usability, we've updated ticket mapping terminology across the four PSA integrations in the Partner Portal. These refinements provide a more intuitive mapping experience.
Improved Entra Restore Process
Restoring Entra now requires an additional step for security. Unlike backups that only need read permissions, restore operations require elevated privileges to ensure data integrity and proper security controls. Simply install the required app to complete the process.
