This month's release contains the following new features, enhancements, and bug fixes:

New Features

Backup Summary Reports Available in Beta

Get a clear overview of an organization's backup activity and track the backup health level with this reporting. Learn more

This beta release is currently available only in the North American region.

Google Group Backup

Google Group backup is now available! Discover how it can enhance user experience. Learn more

This feature is currently available only in the London and North American regions.

Microsoft 365 Sub-Contact Backup, Restore, and Download

You can now back up, restore, and download more detailed contact information, including folders and categories, giving you greater control and easier access to the data you need. Learn more

Enhancements

Improved Email Migration

Destination labels are now part of the email migration, giving you more precise results. Learn More

This enhancement is available for Google Workspace migration.

Personal Gmail Backup Removal

Personal Gmail backup is no longer available for Archiver plan.

Gmail will no longer appear as an option when adding new archiving accounts under the Archiver plan. This change only affects the ability to add new Gmail accounts for archiving. Any existing Gmail backups will continue running as usual.

Removing this option enables you to focus on the features you use most and ensures a more reliable experience. Learn more

This enhancement only covers Gmail backup, which is different from Google Workspace.

Bug Fixes

Our team fixed the following issues:

  • Unexpected product experience when attempting to restore emails
  • Seat management always reporting a value of 0
  • Errant emails sending when previewing email notifications
  • Irregular behavior related to deactivated accounts
