New Features
Entra Backup Event Email Notifications
You can now add and manage email notifications for various Entra Backup events, including:
- Restore initiation
- Backup or restore errors
- System reauthentication required
You can set these new notifications directly in the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal. Learn more
Enhancements
Shared Drive in Advanced Search
We’ve extended NinjaOne SaaS Backup's advanced search capabilities. You can now search items within the Shared Drive. Advanced Search provides more complete results than the basic dashboard search. Learn more
Bug Fixes
- We resolved an issue that prevented IT Admins from retrieving all the entities within their authorized scope when performing searches from the dashboard.
- We clarified an error message that appears when Microsoft Entra authentication fails due to a Microsoft conditional access policy. The message now clearly explains the cause and steps to resolve the issue. Learn more
