Description

This month's release contains the following enhancements.

Enhancements

Groups & Teams in Backup Summary Report
The organization-level Backup Summary Report (BSR) now includes Groups & Teams backup alongside your other workloads. You now have a single report to check backup health and coverage across your entire organization, providing a more complete view of backup activity. Learn more

Streamlined Portal Experience
As part of our ongoing effort to deliver a consistent user experience, we have merged the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Entra Portal into the End-User Portal. All existing Entra Portal functionality is now available in a dedicated Entra menu in the End-User Portal. The standalone Entra Portal is no longer accessible. Learn more

This portal enhancement is currently only available for partners in a non-NinjaOne distribution hierarchy.

Automatic Service Tickets for Entra Backup and Restore Errors
If your organization already uses a connected Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform such as HaloPSA, SuperOps, ConnectWise, or Autotask, you will now automatically receive service tickets for specific Entra backup and restore issues. These scenarios include general backup errors, authentication errors, and first-time restore errors. Learn more

Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Update: Quick Reauthorization
To stay compliant with Microsoft's retirement of older Exchange Online connection methods, some organizations will need to reauthorize their Microsoft 365 (M365) instances, a quick process that keeps backups running without interruption. Learn more
