Delegated Mailbox Access
We've introduced a Delegated Mailbox account, which allows Owners, Full Admins, and IT Administrators to grant another user temporary access to a specific mailbox without changing that user's existing role. You can choose exactly what users are allowed to do and for how long. You can also revoke access as needed and set it to expire automatically when you want, with no manual cleanup required. You can enter, save, and display the Organization Name field in Japanese characters. We built a security-aligned validation standard to keep your records accurate and protected. Learn more
