What’s New?
Dropsuite Entra Backup
We're pleased to announce the launch of Dropsuite Entra Backup, designed to protect Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) as part of our comprehensive data protection solutions. Dropsuite Entra Backup currently safeguards M365 Users, Groups, and Roles & Admins. This allows MSPs to confidently protect identity configurations alongside other Microsoft 365 workloads.
Our solution offers a quick setup, precise snapshot search, attribute-level restore, and live data comparison, making it easy to identify and recover changes due to cyber threats or accidental deletions.
Dropsuite Entra Backup is now available in the United States, with global availability coming soon. Critical identity data is essential for data protection, and securing it early is crucial. MSPs can streamline data management using Dropsuite’s platform with future enhancements planned for Entra Backup.
Point-in-Time Backup & Restore for M365
The Point-in-Time Restore functionality allows M365 users to restore mailboxes to a specific moment in the past for up to 1 year by selecting from snapshots taken. This feature provides greater flexibility and precision, particularly when addressing unexpected incidents.
Intelligent Restore for SharePoint
Now available for SharePoint data, Intelligent Restore optimizes recovery by using the algorithms to prioritize and recover critical data of with recent changes (last 90 days) first. The updated UI includes a progress indicator and logs for tracking incomplete processes. This ensures the data restoration process is faster and more efficient so that businesses can minimize disruptions to the operations.
Document Search
In this release, we’ve improved our Advanced Search to include a feature for searching attachment content. This enables users to find exactly what they need within email attachment using keyword search. They matched results are also highlighted, making search and recovery process through a large volumes of data faster with more precise results. The Advanced Search page is also improved with a refreshed layout to make it easier to navigate.
This enhancement is exclusive to the Archiver Subscription.
Modular Backup for OneDrive
We have extended the same customization options we recently launched for SharePoint to include OneDrive. Users can select specific OneDrive workloads to backup based on specific needs, available for both manual and AutoDiscover backups.
Normally, when a mailbox was added, related items (such as contacts, calendars, tasks, and OneDrive) were automatically included in the backup by default. With Modular Backup, users now have the choice to include or exclude personal OneDrive for backup. This provide granular control and makes it easy to manage specific OneDrive workloads.
Now available for OneDrive, Modular Backup will be available for Google Drive soon
Account Filtering for Google Workspace
We’ve added a new filter for Google Workspace backups, allowing users to select accounts by Group or Organizational Unit (OU). You can have better control to back up only relevant accounts. This feature offers greater flexibility when managing large numbers of mailboxes without the need to manage each individual account.
Integration with SuperOps
SuperOps is a platform designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to streamline their operations through PSA (Professional Services Automation). Integration with SuperOps is now available on our Integration Hub on Partner Portal in addition to our other partners.
